Refund policy
DD's Vogue does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. We gladly offer exchanges or store credit on unworn products with tags attached. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No sign of wear, alterations, or odor. If we detect an item is worn we will refuse the package and have it returned to you. Please send your item/s back to us with a note (include the name & email on order that was used) telling us what you need exchange and size or either request store credit. Store credit is valid for a year. You will be notified by email once your exchanged is processed. *Please note exchange process can take up to 1-2 weeks. Products should be shipped back to us no longer than 7 business days after receiving your items. Our return address is PO Box 44 Williston, ND 58802. Thank you for shopping with us.
Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Discounted items and items purchased on promotion are NOT eligible for return. They are FINAL SALE. If you used a coupon or purchased an item on clearance, the item is final sale.
Body suits are FINAL SALE due to the delicate nature of the item.
ORDER NOT DELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER
In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.
